お客様都合の返品 / Change-of-mind returns / 普通退货

商品到着から30日以内にご連絡ください。未使用で、付属品・タグ・元の包装がそろう商品を対象とします。ご連絡時に注文番号、商品名、返品理由をお知らせください。承認後14日以内に追跡可能な方法で発送してください。通常返品の返送料はお客様負担です。法律上返金が必要な場合を除き、当初の送料・優先配送の追加料金は返金対象外です。

Contact us within 30 days of delivery for unused items with all accessories, tags and original packaging. Include your order number, item and reason. After approval, send the return using a tracked service within 14 days. Return postage is paid by the customer. Original shipping and priority upgrades are not refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise.

收货后30天内可申请未使用商品退货，需保留配件、标签及原包装。请提供订单号、商品名称及原因；批准后14天内使用可追踪方式寄回。普通退货的回程运费由买家承担，原运费及优先配送附加费原则上不退，法律另有要求的除外。

不良品・誤配送・破損 / Defective, incorrect or damaged items / 瑕疵、错发或破损

受領後できるだけ早く、目安として7日以内に写真と注文番号を添えてご連絡ください。確認後、当店負担で返品・交換・返金等をご案内します。この連絡目安は法令上の権利や適用される製品保証を制限するものではありません。

Contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 7 days, with photos and your order number. For confirmed defects, shipping damage or incorrect items, we cover necessary return/replacement shipping and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. This reporting guideline does not limit statutory rights or applicable warranties.

请尽快（建议收货7天内）提供照片及订单号。确认属于瑕疵、运输破损或错发后，由本店承担必要的退换货运费，并安排换货或退款。该建议联系时限不限制法定权利或适用的产品保修。

対象外・衛生用品 / Exceptions & hygiene / 卫生与例外

使用済みの商品、個別製作・名入れ商品、開封により衛生上再販売できなくなる密封商品（耳に装着する製品など）は、お客様都合の返品をお受けできません。不良品等に関する権利は影響を受けません。セール商品も、別途適法に明示した条件がない限り同じ返品条件です。ギフトカードなど性質上返金できない商品は、法令で認められる範囲で対象外となります。

Used items, personalized/custom-made goods and sealed hygiene goods that become unsuitable for resale once opened (such as in-ear products) are excluded from change-of-mind returns. Defect-related and statutory rights remain unaffected. Sale items follow the same rules unless a lawful item-specific condition was clearly disclosed. Gift cards are non-refundable where permitted by law.

已使用、个性化定制，以及开封后因卫生原因不宜再次销售的密封商品（如入耳式产品）不接受普通退货，但不影响瑕疵商品及法定权利。促销商品原则上适用相同规则，除非购买前已依法明确其他条件。礼品卡在法律允许范围内不退款。

返品先・返金 / Return address & refund / 退货地址与退款

Contact us first for the correct return address and instructions. Do not send goods to a Japan/China dispatch warehouse without instructions. 退货前请联系我们取得正确地址及寄送方式，不要自行寄往日本或中国的发货仓库。地址确认不妨碍依法行使撤回权。公司联系地址如上。收到并检查退货后通常10个工作日内原路退款，银行或支付服务可能另需处理时间。Refunds are normally issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after receipt and inspection; bank processing may take longer. 返品確認後、通常10営業日以内に元のお支払い方法へ返金します。

EU・英国などの法定権利 / Statutory rights

適用法令に基づく14日間の撤回権、返品・返金、標準配送費の返金、製品保証等の権利は本ポリシーによって制限されません。条件が異なる場合は適用される強行法規を優先します。Applicable statutory rights, including any 14-day withdrawal right, required standard-delivery refunds and product guarantees in the EU/UK, are preserved. Mandatory law prevails where it differs. 欧盟、英国等适用的14天撤回权、依法应退的标准配送费及法定保修不受本政策限制；强制性法律规定优先。
